Eczema Triggers Are Hard To Detect

There are many substances that have been identified that can trigger eczema itch. Yet, triggers may also vary from person to person. This makes it really hard to detect the exact trigger that can cause a flare-up. For other persons, wearing rough or scratchy materials that can come in the contact with the skin can cause skin itching and outbreaks. Activities that can make a person sweat can be another triggers. The use of certain soaps, detergents, disinfectants, harsh skin care products, dust mites and danders may also trigger the itching. Upper respiratory infections caused by viruses may also be triggers. Existing eczema outbreaks may also be sometimes aggravated by stress.
